Efficient cleaning
The dust collector plates of the cells are made of aerospace aluminium: good electrical conductivity, corrosion and rust resistance. Thanks to the large collection surface and dense plate spacing, cleaning efficiency is much higher than with typical designs. The ionising saw blade is made of SUS304, and its teeth do not coke up; discharge and ion emission are durable, stable and efficient.
Safe and reliable
Long-creepage ceramic insulating blocks in line with UL safety requirements; high tracking resistance prevents high-voltage flashover and sparking. Built-in control box with multiple power supply protection; high-temperature fire safety certificate (Tianjin fire service).
Fast cleaning and drying
New ceramic mounting: less water remains after washing. The patented open ionising box (ZL 2022 3 0017687.5) can be washed cleaner and dries quickly; optimised internal oil drainage ensures more even oil run-off.
Rain- and sun-resistant
IP55 protection: good water and dust sealing. Zinc-iron alloy housing, outdoor UV-resistant paint; according to the manufacturer the unit passed an approx. 500-hour salt spray and UV ageing test, and the electrostatic powder coating does not flake and resists corrosion better.
Simple installation and maintenance
Lifting lugs and brackets for different installation methods. Left- or right-hand door opening can be changed on site – no need to decide in advance when ordering and stocking. Small service space, also for tight spaces; modular assembly for faster installation; integrated control, more convenient maintenance.
G series, aerospace aluminium ESP cell
Ceramic mounting and patented open frame (ZL 2022 3 0017687.5): less residual water, faster drying, optimised oil drainage. SUS304 sawtooth ionising plates for stable discharge; light, moisture- and corrosion-resistant aluminium plates – also for tight spaces. Low resistance, energy-saving operation; long-creepage ceramic insulators prevent arcing.
