NUXON distributes AirQuality air purification products: electrostatic air filters for air handling units, fan coils and ducts, kitchen exhaust purifiers, and UV, activated carbon and micro-plasma odour control – each product family with a manufacturer data sheet, a Hungarian installation manual and test reports from independent laboratories.
Solution finder
Choose a problem, an industry or a technology, or search by type code.
Filter resistance, operating hours and maintenance together determine the cost of an air handling system. First we look at where real savings potential may lie.
AHU energy and filtration potential assessmentThe cost of conventional filters goes beyond the purchase price: replacement, logistics, labour and waste handling all add to it. Let us check whether a suitable, regenerable alternative exists.
Filtration alternativeselektrosztatikusszuro.huIn a production environment, the composition and concentration of the pollutant and the process conditions determine which method may be suitable.
Industrial solutionsiparilegszures.huOdour from kitchen exhaust and from other enclosed industrial spaces calls for different solutions. We choose the right direction based on the site and the type of pollution.
Odour control solutionsUpgrading a system does not necessarily mean replacing the whole unit. We look at the options for changing the existing filtration, the layout and the air handling.
Retrofit optionslegkezeloretrofit.huWe support designers, energy professionals and HVAC partners with technical support, application experience and joint project thinking.

A production plant, in-store catering, a print shop and a staff canteen kitchen – the case studies present the starting problem, the chosen solution and the measured results.

A particle problem in an industrial production environment. The verified case study presents the implementation and the measurement documentation.

The complex task of treating grease, smoke and odour in a retail catering environment.

An odour problem in a print shop that requires a targeted technical assessment.
Technologies
Electrostatic precipitation for particles, oil mist and smoke; UV, activated carbon or micro-plasma for odour – often in several stages.

An ionising stage of more than 12,000 V charges the particles by corona discharge, and the collector plates capture them. Aluminium (G series) or stainless steel (K2, KD) cells that can be regenerated by washing. Oil mist, smoke, industrial particles.
FAH-A · FKE · FKH

The electrostatic field formed in a 1.8 mm alternating microporous matrix captures fine particles. Low pressure drop, washable filter, no filter cartridges to replace – for air handling units, fan coils and standalone units.
EAF · FAH-M · FFC · FAD · KJ · FSA

UV light at 185 and 253.7 nm breaks down odour molecules, and an activated carbon box captures what remains by adsorption – the supplementary stages of kitchen exhaust treatment after the electrostatic stage.
FUV · FKE-UV · FKF

Plasma generated by dielectric barrier discharge in millimetre-scale channels breaks down ammonia, hydrogen sulphide and volatile organic compounds. Waste storage rooms, wastewater rooms, washrooms.
Not for general outdoor odour control.

Air Handling Efficiency Check
In a quick consultation we assess whether your air handling system has real potential for energy, filter and operating cost savings. The consultation is not a full audit or a quotation: its purpose is to find out whether a more detailed calculation or an on-site survey is worthwhile.
Our services
Airflow, pollutants, existing filters and pressure drop – these show which technology may be suitable.
Type and size based on the manufacturer's data tables; the technical data sheet can be downloaded on every product page.
Hungarian installation and operation manual for 24 product families; coordination with the designer and the installer.
The electrostatic cells can be regenerated by washing; the cleaning procedure and frequency are described in the manual.
NUXON Partner Programme
The documentation needed for design and handover can be downloaded on the product pages for each product family – 178 files in total.

For designing the filtration of a new or existing air handling system.
Projects where the energy or operating cost of air handling is an issue.
When your client is looking for a filtration alternative, odour control or an upgrade of an existing system.
