Automatic washing

The smart control unit automatically washes the cleaning modules at regular intervals – solving the difficulty of washing ceiling-mounted units.

Programmable

Every washing phase can be timed, so a custom washing programme can be set to suit the customer's needs; the control can be programmed for 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Stable power supply

The PWM power module makes operation more stable, safer and more efficient.

More effective cleaning

The detergent tank and pump-valve system achieve better cleaning by mixing in warm water; the detergent spray from high-performance washing nozzles loosens and removes oil deposits.

Piping system

Copper pipes and stainless steel water lines, imported high-performance atomising nozzles.

Automatic washing system

High-head pump and large tank: premixes the detergent with clean water. Components: water spray module, drip tray, control box (FKE-BOX), detergent tank (FKE-AW).

G series, aerospace aluminium ESP cell

Ceramic mounting and patented open frame (ZL 2022 3 0017687.5): less residual water, faster drying, optimised oil drainage. SUS304 sawtooth ionising plates for stable discharge; light, moisture- and corrosion-resistant aluminium plates – also for tight spaces. Low resistance, energy-saving operation; long-creepage ceramic insulators prevent arcing.
